As the granddaughter of a chef and a longtime natural food enthusiast, Michelle “took to the stove,” creating delicious dishes for her entire family that her son could safely eat at home. But as a family on-the-go, they missed the convenience of dining out.
Eventually, she discovered restaurants that allowed her to bring in allergen-free dishes to reheat or bake in their ovens, but bringing food to a restaurant took much of the joy away from their dining out experience.
