Our products are made with all natural ingredients and they are hand-batched in a dedicated facility certified by the Gluten Free Cerification Organization. All products are gluten free, and contain no dairy/casein, soy, peanuts, tree nuts, or shellfish.
Our products are made with a custom blend of gluten-free flours and starches that work together to mimic the texture and qualities of wheat-based flours. All of our products contain:
- Flours: Brown Rice Flour, Sorghum Flour, Millet Flour, and Tapioca Flour
- Starches: Cornstarch and Potato Starch
- Binders: Xanthan Gum and Guar Gum (in coconut milk)
- Other ingredients: Canola Oil, Coconut Milk, Eggs, Gluten-Free Oats (only in the vegan oatmeal raisin cookies), and Yeast.
We recommend you heat our products in a 350 degree oven for 5-7 minutes, or until warm, and we do not recommend microwaving. Keep products frozen until ready to use and do not store in the refrigerator.
